• Not a Real Estate Broker: DesiGRID is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or advisory service. We do not provide real estate advice, valuations, or investment recommendations.
• Property Information: All property information displayed on the platform (including pricing, availability, dimensions, specifications, and images) is provided by the respective real estate developers and project owners. DesiGRID does not independently verify this information.
• Pricing Accuracy: Property prices, payment plans, and offers displayed on the platform are subject to change without notice. Final pricing and terms are determined solely by the developer and communicated through official booking documents.
• Visual Representations: Images, renderings, 3D visualizations, and master plan illustrations are indicative representations and may differ from the actual finished product. They are provided for illustrative purposes only.
• Availability: While our real-time inventory system strives for accuracy, actual unit availability is subject to confirmation by the developer. Bookings are only confirmed upon execution of official booking documents and receipt of required payments.

Platform & Technology

• Service Availability: While we target 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability.
• Data Accuracy: DesiGRID processes and displays data as provided by platform users and administrators. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data entered by users into the system.
• Third-Party Integrations: Our platform may integrate with third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Maps, payment gateways, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services.
• Browser Compatibility: While we optimize for modern browsers, some features may not function identically across all browsers and devices. We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge for the best experience.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• DesiGRID and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided through the platform, including but not limited to property information, pricing, and availability data.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DesiGRID in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including negligence, breach of contract, or strict liability.

User Responsibilities

By using DesiGRID, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you enter into the platform.
• You will verify all property information independently before making any purchase or investment decisions.
• You will use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• You will not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on the DesiGRID platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and data compilations — is the property of DesiGRID or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent.

We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites and accept no responsibility for them. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This disclaimer and your use of the DesiGRID platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this disclaimer or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
